In the late 1990s **TechnoLink** was a prominent internet service provider (ISP). It played a crucial role in providing internet access to individuals and businesses at a time when the internet was still emerging in the country. TechnoLink was known for its dial-up internet services, email hosting, and website hosting, and it was one of the key players that helped popularize internet usage in Bulgaria during that period.

And more importantly **irc.techno-link.bg** was the IRC (Internet Relay Chat) server hosted by TechnoLink, which was used for online communication and chat. IRC servers were popular in the 1990s for real-time chatting in various channels, which catered to different topics and communities. The irc.techno-link.bg server would have been part of this larger IRC network, serving as a hub for Bulgarian internet users to connect, chat, and share information, especially for tech-savvy individuals and early internet adopters in the country.
